- 24 Hour Respite providing support for caregivers.
- Awareness & Advocacy: Educate the community and reduce stigma.

- Mixed Groups: Activities designed for both autistic individuals and caregivers to enjoy together.

- Sensory-Friendly Outings
- Art & Music Workshops: Painting, clay modeling, or drumming circles.
- Simple skills: self-care, basic cooking.
- Nature & Movement: Gentle walking groups, yoga, or WID-style daily movement.
- STEM/Hands-On Projects: Building, coding, or simple science experiments.
For Caregivers
- Support Circles: Peer discussions guided by a facilitator.
- Stress Relief Activities: walks, mindfulness sessions, or art therapy.
- 24 Hour respite services.
- Work-related childcare
- Educational Workshops: Sessions on behavior strategies, self-care, or navigating community resources.
