  • Relaxation & Support: Provide caregivers with stress relief and peer support.
  • 24 Hour Respite providing support for caregivers.
  • Awareness & Advocacy: Educate the community and reduce stigma.

Target Groups:

We design activities for:

  • Autistic Individuals: Tailored by age group, abilities, and sensory needs.
  • Caregivers: Parents, siblings, and support staff.
  • Mixed Groups: Activities designed for both autistic individuals and caregivers to enjoy together.

 Activity Ideas:

For Autistic Individuals

  • Sensory-Friendly Outings
  • Art & Music Workshops: Painting, clay modeling, or drumming circles.
  • Simple skills: self-care, basic cooking.
  • Nature & Movement: Gentle walking groups, yoga, or WID-style daily movement.
  • STEM/Hands-On Projects: Building, coding, or simple science experiments.

For Caregivers

  • Support Circles: Peer discussions guided by a facilitator.
